Amy Phenix leads public affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Her role includes strategic communications, digital engagement, regional economic analysis and outreach, government relations, law enforcement and facilities. Ms. Phenix works to advance the Bank’s mission by building public trust and understanding and ensuring exceptional stewardship of the Bank’s assets and property.
She previously served as chief of staff for the president of the University of Minnesota, director of communications and public relations at Macalester College, vice president of marketing and communication at Allina Health and communications director for the Office of the Mayor of Minneapolis.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in politics and philosophy from Macalester College.
