She has a proven ability to consistently open doors, create products, mobilize and energize teams and change cultures while driving significant results. Generating over $90 million in sold products and services, Ms. Wikman has developed relationships with hundreds of companies. Prior to launching her consulting business, she held the position of vice president of marketing for BI Worldwide preceded by the role of vice president of sales and account management for Young America Corporation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wikman was part of the start-up team that developed a new business in the incentive industry that was later purchased by Hallmark Insights.
