President, Antenna
As president of Antenna, Jennifer Laible leads all aspects of the business and works with clients and consultants across Antenna’s marketing project consulting, interim leadership and staff augmentation service offerings. In addition, she is defining and executing the next chapter of growth for Antenna, focused on its core mission of helping people do work they love. Prior to joining Antenna in 2013, Ms. Laible served in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies such as Best Buy, Allstate and American Express with a focus in strategy and business development. She was selected as a 2017 Women in Business Award winner by “Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.”
Her previous volunteer work includes serving on the Hopkins Education Foundation Board and the local board for the Network of Executive Women, Twin Cities chapter.
Ms. Laible holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a major in finance from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from Carlson School of Management. Ms. Laible and her husband reside in Golden Valley with their two sons.
