To cancel your membership, please download the fillable cancelation form PDF, save it to your computer, complete all fields and then upload the form in the portal below.
Cancelation forms must be completed and returned in order to make any changes to your membership.
We will not be enforcing the calendar month notice required for cancelling your YWCA membership at this time. If you have a 12-month self-renewing membership and are affected by the closure of the Uptown and/or Downtown facility, you may cancel your contract without penalty.
Joiner’s fees and/or prepaid dues are not refundable.
By canceling your membership, you forfeit any unapplied insurance reimbursement credits.
