Summer Strong Challenge

Feel your best this summer!

Focus on strength and cardiovascular endurance with personal training or small group training, in addition to nutrition support, during our 6-week challenge.

Participants weigh in at the challenge start and weigh out at the end to track weight loss and win prizes.

The top five participants losing the largest percentage of weight receive MYREWARDS refunds up to 100%!

Register onsite at the Member Services Desk at any YWCA location.

Weigh-Ins: July 16 – 21

Weigh-Outs: August 17 – 23

If you purchase the personal training option, you will be weighed in by their trainer on their first session during week one of the competition. A virtual weigh-in may be recorded via video chat with the trainer. Participating in the Summer Strong program is does not weigh-ins and weigh-outs; however, winning a prize does require opting into the weight loss portion of the program because winners are selected by percentage of weight loss.

If you signed up for Small Group Training, weigh in with a trainer before or after your first small group training session.

If you signed up for Personal Training, weigh in with your trainer at your first training session week.

Discounted Training Packages Include:

Option 1: Small Group Training (6 weeks)

One class per week: $90 $65
Two classes per week: $180 $130

Option 2: Personal Training (6 weeks/in-person or virtual)

One 30-minute session per week: $180 $149
Two 30-minute sessions per week: $360 $299
