Kick off the Season of Gratitude with a class backed by science, and discover the benefits of embracing an attitude of gratitude. Experience a short gratitude meditation practice and explore how to take action and express gratitude by acknowledging others.

Classes are open to members only; please have your YWCA Minneapolis member ID ready to create a reservation log-in when signing up for the first time.

You can make a class reservation on our website 1 week in advance and up to 15 minutes before the class starts. Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email with the class link from YWCA Minneapolis (

Group Fitness Class Reminders:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your group fitness class begins.
  • We will hold all reservations until 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Anyone arriving less than 5 minutes prior risks forfeiting their reservation.
  • If you do not have a reservation, there will be a standby line outside the studio for anyone waiting to see if there are no-shows. We will award any open spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you cannot make your reservation, please cancel a minimum of two hours prior to your reservation start time. If you must cancel within the two-hour window, please call the Member Services desk.

How to Register a Guest for Classes 

  1. Click on “Manage my Group” during class registration or call the front desk.
  2. Enter Member First & Last names in the First Name spot.
  3. Enter “Guest” + the Guest’s First & Last names in the Last Name spot.
  4. Enter the guest’s email.
  5. Arrive early for class check in.
