On April 2, YWCA Minneapolis announced that Luz María Frías has left the organization as president and CEO. We thank Luz for her contributions and wish her well in her future endeavors.

Ramya Rauf, Chief Financial Officer and Kari Clark, Chief Development Officer will co-lead the organization on an interim basis while the Board of Directors undertakes a search for the next CEO. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and no interruptions to our high-quality programs and services, allowing us to continue to serve our community.

We have been able to serve the community for 128 years. We remain committed to our bold goals ahead and thank you for your continued support of our mission to eliminate racism, empower women and girls, and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
