Squat Form

The squat is a common exercise, but it is often done incorrectly. This move can be scaled up or down depending on your needs and abilities. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, feet pointed slightly outward and keep your posture upright. Push your glutes back before you drop your hips to provide a powerful position for your hips, knees and ankles. Plant your feet throughout the move.
