Workouts are an intense mix of kettlebell swings, various lifts, squats and circuit training.

Nonmember Rates

6-class pass: $90

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga or BODYFLOW class of your choice and expire 90-days from date of purchase.
