Senior Fitness Class Overview

Senior fitness classes are full-body workouts combining aerobic, flexibility and resistance training.

Class goals are to increase:

  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Muscular strength
  • Cardiovascular endurance

Designed for active older adults and seniors, these dynamic classes will challenge you mentally and physically in a safe and fun environment.

Senior Fitness classes are part of Small Group Training classes

Member Rates

Single class: $15
6-class pass: $72

Nonmember Rates

Single class: $19
6-class pass: $90

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga or BODYFLOW class of your choice and expire 90-days from date of purchase.
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
