What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout incorporates a mixture of upper body and lower body mixed in with cardio. The best way I love to do this is by using supersets with free weights paired with a 30-minute run. Supersets allows me to work on different parts of my body while also engaging in cardio while the run keeps my heart pumping — the perfect kind of adrenaline rush.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Running the Cambridge Half Marathon in Cambridge, M.A.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
As someone who played a lot of sports growing up from softball to soccer, basketball and tennis, I feel like there is always that athlete energy within me that wants to push myself in new ways. Therefore, my biggest athletic goal is to push myself in order to compete in a triathlon or marathon.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
To continue engaging in my creative pursuits within the arts by making films, writing, playing piano and singing.
What do you do on your rest days?
I truly prioritize rest so for me that might mean sleeping in, socializing with friends and loved ones, or editing a video. If I am feeling a little bit too antsy I might go on a walk when it is at least above 20 degrees with the sun shining outside.
