Areas of Expertise

I specialize in responsive yoga teaching, which means I teach to the needs and requests of the people in the room with me. This means I will always ask if there are certain areas of the body you’d like to focus on and I make adjustments to the session as I watch my students practice to help them move toward that desired outcome. Having trained in adaptive yoga, I especially enjoy making a yoga practice as accessible and approachable as possible. Having coached martial arts, I can also lovingly nitpick your form if you’re seeking a more rigorous practice, too.
