What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is high intensity strength/interval training because I love to challenge myself.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
I completed the David Goggins 48-hour running challenge. The challenge requires one to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
I enjoy being a well-rounded athlete by learning and improving many styles of training. I want to lift heavier weights, run a marathon and increase my flexibility.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
I’ve always had an interest in exercise science and learning new information is something I geek out on.
What do you do on your rest days?
I like to do anything involved with soccer. I coach soccer, watch soccer and volunteer as a soccer referee.
