What is your favorite workout and why?
? I like anything that takes me out of my comfort zone, as that’s the only way to keep improving be it in a gym or in life. I believe your attitude in a gym to a certain extent reflects your attitude in life. The good news is that they both can change.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
My first push-up at age 7. Still a very emotional moment each time I think about it. 😉
What is your biggest athletic goal?
I want to keep improving three very different components of physical fitness – strength, flexibility and cardio… and be able to juggle three watermelons.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Find a way to travel more (surf destinations) and eat more cheese.
What do you do on your rest days?
I like to find a coffee shop in my neighborhood (Lowry Hill) to read and work on my laptop on different projects. Also, I rest.
