What is your favorite workout and why?
Kettlebells are my favorite modality to workout with because you are able to get so much out of the workout.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment is achieving my Russian Kettlebell Certification. The certification entailed 24 total hours of intense learning and working with kettlebells. In order to obtain the certification, you must complete the Snatch test which is 100 kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes with a 24 kg (53 lb.) kettlebell.

What is your biggest athletic goal?
Complete the Beast Tamer Challenge. The challenge consists of 3 events, perform a Pistol, a Pull Up and a Press all with a 48 kg (108 lb.) kettlebell.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Inside and outside of the gym I am constantly working toward various goals. My biggest goal outside of the gym is working toward traveling more!

What do you do on your rest days?
I dial down the intensity level and relax while doing activities such as hiking, bike riding, canoeing, paddle boarding, or rollerblading. I take advantage of the nice Minnesotan weather and get outside as much as I can.
