What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is TRX. It is versatile and can be done anywhere. In addition, I can use it to train for many of my other activities such as running, obstacle course racing and paddleboarding.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Participating on the winning TRX Face Off team at TRX Summit.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
I would like to return to vacationing in the Caribbean as a guest fitness instructor. When I’m not teaching I can be exploring the island or relaxing at the beach with a good book.
What do you do on your rest days?
I enjoy biking around the lakes, kayaking and hiking. I would like to return to high performance driving on race tracks.
