YWCA Families Explore New Worlds at Minnesota Children's Museum

Recently, Minnesota Children’s Museum offered YWCA Children’s Center families a free night at the museum. They had the whole place to themselves to explore, play and learn!

Sparking Learning Through Play

Minnesota Children’s Museum is dedicated to sparking children’s learning through play. They recently re-opened after a large expansion and renovation at its St. Paul location last year. Through its immersive exhibits, the museum encourages learning through sensory exploration and playful discovery. Exhibits include Jim Henson’s Dinosaur TrainTM, a four-story vertical adventure, a musical and sound playground and more.

Fun Family Adventure

For families at YWCA Children’s Center at Ecolab, it was just a hop and a skip to check out the museum after work. For some YWCA families, it was their first opportunity to go. For all YWCA families, it was a special day – they had the chance to play together, spend quality time and enjoy the perks of going to the museum without the crowds or lines.

A big thank you to the Minnesota Children’s Museum for making this happen!
