Chandler Milam joined YWCA Minneapolis in 2021 and took over as the Chief Development Officer in 2023. He specializes in implementing sustainable fundraising operations, cultivating relationships with individual and institutional funders, and developing comprehensive strategies for meeting organizational objectives. Chandler previously served as a Director of Philanthropy at the Marshall University Foundation during its comprehensive campaign and has experience working with individual and institutional funders, volunteers, community members, and boards to create sustainable change.

Chandler is passionate about eliminating educational disparities and improving access to affordable housing. He attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV where he was a member of the Society of Yeager Scholars and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Business Management. Chandler enjoys spending his time doing outdoor activities, playing board games with friends, and going on walks with his beloved dogs, Axel and Percy.
