Crystal Manik

Crystal Manik is a senior program administrator overseeing energy efficiency programs for CenterPoint Energy, where her focus is managing residential conservation programs in Minneapolis and Mississippi. Her professional experience includes over 18 years of devising and leading customer engagement strategies and presenting and delivering data-driven recommendations to community partners and utility leadership.

Before joining CenterPoint Energy, Ms. Manik served as a manager consultant for Guidehouse Inc. She developed company-wide customer engagement and marketing strategies for Xcel Energy as a marketing business manager of sponsorship and outreach.

She dedicated her time to volunteering with Xcel Energy’s SAGE Business Group (a supportive association for LGBTQ+ individuals) and serves as a board member for WomenVenture. Ms. Manik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in speech from South Dakota State University and lives in NE Minneapolis with her husband.
