Get Rolling with Special Two-Hour Endurance Rides!

Looking to tone your muscles and boost your cardiovascular health? Join us for a heart-pumping, high-energy cycling experience that combines aerobic and endurance training into a two-hour calorie-burning ride!

Event Details

  • Dates: Saturday, February 22 and Saturday, March 22

  • Instructor: Joe E

  • Time: 1-3 pm

  • Location: YWCA Midtown

  • Cost: Free with your YWCA fitness memberships

In these special endurance rides, you'll target rolling hills and straightaways in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Light snacks will be provided to keep your energy up.

What to Bring:

  • A water bottle

  • A sweat towel

  • Padded cycling shorts (recommended but not required)
