In-Person Group Fitness

Group fitness classes provide opportunities to train your body, learn new skills and engage with members of your community — all at once! Choose from a wide range of formats and fitness levels that are safe and effective. Discover how group fitness can inspire you to keep coming back to explore your interests and meet your health goals.

As you return to in-person group fitness classes, we want you to feel confident about your experience with us.

  • Reservations are required to secure a spot.
  • Attendance limits are in place. If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance to open up the space for someone else.
  • Use provided hand sanitizer before and after class.
  • Please provide your own personal mat and water bottle.
  • Equipment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after class to help stop the spread of germs. Please do not share equipment with others.
  • Social distancing is encouraged and respected in all classes, indoor and outdoor.

 

YWCA Live! Virtual Classes

Our group fitness classes have moved into the virtual world with YWCA Live! Join us for everything from yoga to fitness barre, HIIT and more. We bring you a variety of your favorite classes taught by our certified group fitness instructors. You’ll need to reserve a spot in the class of your choice. Please log in a few minutes before the start of class.
