As partner at Eisner Advisory Group LLC, Kimpa Moss is responsible for strategic and operational positioning and equipping the team to optimally serve clients’ needs. She not only drives change, she embraces it.

A past “Minnesota 500” honoree (named one of the most powerful business leaders in the state), Ms. Moss fosters a culture where the whole firms’ mindset is to stay in front of change and be leaders. She leverages her deep experience and background in tax, human resources and operations to confidently build and grow great teams and processes with a blend of analytics and creativity.

Whether collaborating with colleagues on a new idea for a client, transforming a career coaching platform or coordinating a neighborhood block party for National Night Out, her goal is the same: Find the “elegant solution” to complex challenges that produce positive change and move people forward.

In addition to leading growth and change within Lurie’s walls, Ms. Kimpa takes seriously the charge of supporting the industry and the ongoing economic prosperity of the region, as well as our under-served organizations and communities.

She holds a Master of Science in taxation from DePaul University in Chicago, and a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy, both from the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL.

From serving as past board chair for Social Venture Partners to her role on the Women’s Presidents’ Organization (Minnesota chapter) Equity Community, to her work cultivating DIRECT at Lurie, extending her expertise and energy throughout the community is a priority.
