YWCA Welcomes Angela Myles as Vice President of Racial Justice

YWCA Minneapolis is pleased to announce that Angela Myles will join our team as vice president of Racial Justice. Angela brings extensive expertise inDiversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), specifically through her experiences leveraging project management principles to orchestrate data-driven strategies. Throughout her experiences, she has collaborated skillfully with stakeholders across all business levels to drive organizational and cultural change, as well as cultivate community partnerships. Angela has served in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roles of progressive responsibility at U.S. Bank, BMO Financial Services and most recently, International Paper where she led global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion groups.Angela earned her B.A. in organizational leadership with a minor in human resource management from Bethel University. As an advocate for volunteerism, Angela has previously served on the board of directors for The Center of Communication and Development/KMOJ, has been a life skills and career development coach with the Jeremiah Program, and served as scholarship chair with National Hookup of Black Women, Inc. - Chicago Chapter. Angela is an avid sports enthusiast that can be found cheering on her favorite teams with family and friends.
