MINNEAPOLIS - YWCA Minneapolis is pleased to welcome Crystal Fairchild as its new Vice President of Racial Justice and Public Policy. Fairchild brings over 18 years of experience in equity and inclusion leadership as chief diversity, equity, inclusion and human resources officer at Thundermist Health Care and deputy chief inclusion officer with the Minnesota Governor’s Office. Her expertise will enhance the organization’s mission to eliminate systemic inequities and promote equity across education, health and economic environments.

Through transformative programs and legislative advocacy, YWCA Minneapolis continues to lead efforts to address systemic inequities. The appointment of Fairchild underscores the organization’s commitment to amplifying diverse voices, closing opportunity gaps and building a more inclusive community.
