Regan's career began with a focus on HIV/AIDS advocacy as an intern in the Office of National AIDS Policy at the White House. She then joined the healthcare practice at Edelman in Chicago, where she built valuable relationships between for-profit and non-profit entities in oncology and mental health. Her dedication to mission-driven work led her to the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), where she developed a comprehensive marketing and communications practice and transformed public engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
When she’s not busy with her marketing career or family life, Regan draws on her B.A. in Music (piano performance) from Lawrence University and channels her passion for music as a collaborative classical pianist and dedicated teacher. Regan lives in St. Paul with her husband, Eric, and their two children.
