Strength & Cardio Sampler

Explore four popular formats with four skilled instructors, all in a playful and joyful atmosphere. This is perfect for trying something new and discovering what works for you.

Breathe & Stretch Sampler

Dive into the mind-body connection with yoga, Pilates and foam roller exercises. Learn how these practices can enhance recovery and support overall wellness in a welcoming space.

Cycle 101

Are you curious about Cycle classes? Join instructor Joe E. for a supportive intro to our Keiser bikes, with guidance on bike adjustments and personalizing your workout for a fun, empowering experience. Arrive 10 minutes early for a bike fitting!

Water Fitness 101

Experience the joy and unique benefits of water-based workouts! Instructor Patty M. will guide you through a class using water dumbbells, pool noodles and water resistance for a supported yet practical fitness experience. No swimming skills required!
